1. Information we collect
To register you and perform tests we collect your name, age, gender, mobile number and address, the tests ordered, your referring doctor and your test results. For online payments, the payment is handled by Cashfree Payments; we receive only the payment status and reference, not your card or bank details.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to perform the tests, prepare and deliver your report, send bills, payment links and report-ready messages by WhatsApp or SMS, and to meet legal and quality requirements.
3. Who can see your report
Your report is shared only with you, the doctor or organisation that referred you, or a partner laboratory when a test is referred there. Reports downloaded from our website are protected by a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
4. Security
Patient records are kept in access-controlled systems used only by authorised staff. We do not sell or rent personal information.
5. Retention
Records are kept for the period needed for medical, legal and quality purposes.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to correct your details, or ask which information we hold about you, by contacting us.
